A show cause has been filed on behalf of the respondents that the amount in question has since been paid to the rightful claimant. It is admitted by Mr. Dhirendra Nath Jha learned counsel for petitioner that the amount has been paid to the daughter of the deceased who is the holder of the succession certificate. In view of the admission so made by learned counsel, nothing survives in the present application which is accordingly disposed of.
