Under the circumstances, we dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the Chief Engineer (South), Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today. In case, he does so, the Chief Engineer (South), Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, shall look into the matter and pass a speaking order within a period of four weeks, thereafter. In case, any admitted amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be released to the petitioner forthwith.
