In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 427 and 307 of the I.P.C. Allegedly, the informant being Junior Engineer went to conduct inspection of flour mill and found that Chandrika Yadav was trying to remove connection and additional transformer to conceal the theft of electricity and when the informant and others were tried to stop him villagers and neighbors gathered and protested against the action of the Junior Engineer to help Chandrika Yadav. Petitioners are not named and

It is also submitted that in this case similarly situated co-accused Vijay Yadav and Paro Yadav @ Paro Prasad have been allowed pre-arrest bail vide order dated 19.03.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 51065 of 2013. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners in case of their arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in Harnaut P.S. Case No. 99 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
