The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 162 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.09.2018. He further submits that the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown person.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten
