Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. According to FIR co-accused Rewati Ranjan fired causing injury at the chest of the husband of the informant whereas this petitioner caused firearm injury at the waist. Submission is that the Doctor has found single wound of entry at the chest which is attributed against co-accused. Allegation against the petitioner is not corroborated by medical evidence.
