2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 184 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of assault upon the informant as well as snatched Rs. 600/- from his pocket by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of apprehended co-accused namely

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

From perusal of the FIR and impugned order of the learned Sessions Judge, Purnea dated 19.01.2024, it appears that petitioner is named in the FIR and his name transpired in this case during the course of investigation. Similarly situated coaccused person namely, Md. Juber @ Md. Juber Alam has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 74897 of 2023 vide order dated 24.11.2023, accordingly the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Purnea in connection with Rupauli P.S.
