This is an application for setting aside the order dated 10.3.2015 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act at Chapra, Saran in Sessions Trial No. 417 of 2014 vide Sonepur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2011 under Sections 341, 323, 325/34 of the IPC and Section 3(1)(X) of SC/ST Act.
