JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 14-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The FIR is of the year 2004 being Darauli P.S. Case No. 42 of 2004 under section 302(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is only after one and half decade that the petitioner chose to come in the judicial custody in this particular case. Taking into account the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant him any relief and the bail application is hereby rejected.

In view of the fact that the matter relates to 2004, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial without any unnecessary adjournment, preferably within a year. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U T
