ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 03-09-2024 Admittedly, in the present case the petitioner has already submitted an application before the Assessing Officer South Bihar Power Distribution Company, Patna, though the same has been made under Section 126 of Section 3 of the Electricity Act, the Assessing Authority shall treat the application made by the petitioner as one filed under Clause11.2.3 of the Electricity Supply Code. The authority shall dispose of the same in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date
