The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 224, 225, 341, 342, 307, 353, 427 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioners is of firing but no injury has been caused.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from

No.21448 of 2016 (3) dt.13-06-2016 2/2 the date of receipt of the order on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
