1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned GP-14 Mr. Durjati Kumar Prasad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument submits that the relief claimed for in the instant writ application has become infructuous, as the settlement of the land made in favour of the petitioner stands cancelled, thus seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to assail the order cancelling settlement in accordance with law before an appropriate forum.
