Petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 3848 of 2018 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel submits that petitioners are in custody since 23.4.2018 in connection with seizure of 115 liters of liquor. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail after 23.07.2018 on furnishing bail
