This is an application for bail in connection with Amnour P.S.Case No. 58 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the FIR and the case is under Section 302 IPC and from prosecution case it appears that petitioner has illicit relationship with the wife of the deceased prior to the occurrence.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion that he has illicit relationship with wife of deceased there is absolutely nothing against him and no incriminating circumstance is against him and he is in custody for seven months.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Amnour P.S.Case No. 58 of 2013, subject to the following conditions :
(1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioner shall co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
