In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No.146 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 20/22 of N.D.P.S. Act. In this case, two vehicles, i.e. one was Maruti Suzuki and another was Scorpio, were intercepted. The police has taken plea that a huge quantity (60 Kg.) of Ganja was recovered from the dickey of Maruti Suzuki and the police has taken stand that they were smuggling/exporting Ganja.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was accompanying with the cancer patient for treatment. It is admitted fact that the petitioner was not suffering from cancer, there might be another person who was suffering from cancer. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case,
