The petitioner is in custody since 24-06-2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is merely an Asha Karyakarta who is bound to provide assistance in case of pregnancy and delivery and in all bona fides had recommended her to a proper doctor, but during the course of delivery, the patient died for no fault of her own and she is being falsely prosecuted.

Considering the nature of allegation and that she has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be
