On confidential information raid was conducted and during course thereof, two persons Sunny Kumar and Anshu Mahto were apprehended while one managed to succeed. Two vehicles bearing resignation No. BR-1Y-2350, BR-1Z-5234 alongwith a motorcycle bearing registration No. BR-1CL-1091 were seized. On search, 160 bottles each containing 180 ml., 24 bottles each containing 375 ml., 37 Tetra pack each of 180 ml. were seized from the Alto BR-1Y-2350, 24 bottles each containing 375 ml., 15 bottles each containing 375 ml. were seized from Wagon R BR-1Z-5234 and 6 bottles each of 180 ml. from the motorcycle. No.14054 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 disclosure that after apprehension relating to the present case, the petitioner has been remanded in altogether four other cases bearing Rupaspur P.S.Case No. 69/2019, Rupaspur P.S.Case No. 102/2019, Rupaspur P.S.Case No. 334/2019, Rupaspur P.S.Case No. 244/2019. The petitioner happens to be under custody since 31.1.22019.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Sunny Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in Special Case No. 11692/2019 arising out of Rupaspur P.S.Case No. 554/2019.
