2. It appears that earlier on 09.02.2023, the petitioner has filed an application, bearing O.A. No.15 of 2023, before the State Appellate Authority for direction to make payment of arrears of salary, which was permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to ventilate his grievance before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda at Biharsharif (respondent no.4). The petitioner filed his representation before the respondent no.4 with a copy of the order of the State Appellate Authority and requested to make payment of arrears of salary but till date no action has been taken by the respondent no.4.

In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.4 and respondent no.4, after receiving such representation, shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of such representation in accordance with law and if any amount is found due the same shall must be paid to him within a period of two months thereafter.

4. It is made clear that respondent no.4 shall be held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period as aforesaid.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
