JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,448,379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of breaking open the lock of the informant and informant's tenant's room and committing theft of articles worth Rs.15000/- when protest was made, the informant was assaulted.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that husband of petitioner no. 2 and father of the informant are full brothers and in the background of pendency of title suit the accusation has been levelled. It is further submitted that petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24494 of 2015 (2) dt.29-06-2015 2/2 no. 1 is unmarried girl.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Buxar(T) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
