The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 403 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 387, 120B and 34 of the I.P.C. The case of the prosecution is that the police got a whatsapp message that some disturbing elements are going to disturb the tender work of electricity department for installing LED light in Patna at the electricity office. It has also been informed that earlier also these anti social elements had disturbed the tender work. Thereafter, the police reached at the place of occurrence and caught some of the accused persons including the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I find that this is a fit case in which the petitioner should be released on bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.
