JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding upon the respondent to grant time bond promotion / A.C.P.s Counting the length of the service from the date of first joining on the post of sub-inspector of Police i.e. from 15/06/1984 and pay the consequential Monetary benefits to the petitioner as petitioner retired from the post of clerk on 30.06.2014 on which he joined on the post of clerk in 1987.

(ii). For issuance of writ of Mandamus for grant

Patna High Court CWJC No.7334 of 2016(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 pension after revising the last pay slip after granting time bound promotion / A.C.Ps.

(iii). For issuance of writ of Mandamus for the payment of Momentary benefits which accrue A.C.Ps. from the date of his entitlement."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
