The petitioners allege non-compliance of the order dated 10.01.2015 passed in Case no. 442 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the local police are not complying with the direction. Mr. Ajay Behari Sinha, learned SC-19 submits that other side has filed revision and it is for the petitioners to approach the district administration for compliance of its order. Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.574 of 2015 (2) dt.04-06-2015 2/2 petitioners are directed to approach the district administration concerned, by way of representation for compliance of order dated 10.01.2015, who will look into the matter and dispose of the same at the earliest.

With the above observation and direction, the application is, accordingly, disposed of.
