Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 21 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 384, 323, 341, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 67 and 67A of I.T. Act.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26416 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 Informant has alleged that one Shad Ahmad cheated her and established sexual relation with her on the promise of marriage. The petitioners are family member of the accused and they have no role in this crime.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 21 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shakir/- U T
