The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No, 48 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are present in Chamber today.
After much deliberations, it has been agreed upon that the opposite party no. 2 will go and stay in the house, where the father-in-law lives i.e. at Patna City, so that the education of the children do not suffer any further. The fatherin-law, who is also present in person submits that he shall take care of the wife of the petitioner along with the children born out of the said marriage and keep them at Patna City while his son is away and presently living at Raigarh where he earns a small amount by way of salary per month from a Private

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Nagarnousa P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
