JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make correction in prayer portion of the bail petition. Permission is accorded.

Earlier by order dated 01.04.2014 prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected.

However, it is submitted that there is specific allegation of assault by one Bhola Rai by Farsa and Umesh Rai by iron rod on the person of Ram Babu Rai, the younger brother of the informant as a result of which he sustained injury and fell down and during treatment he died. It is further submitted that one of the coaccused Bhola Rai has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 27.06.2014. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 30.08.2013.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
