Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 316 of 2016 registered under Sections- 399, 402, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case only on basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37307 of 2017 (2) dt.18-08-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 316 of 2016.
