The petitioner seeks bail in Barh P.S. Case No. 330 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner fired from his country made pistol which hit left ear of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature and caused by pellet firing. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case by his co-villager Amresh Prasad and Suresh Prasad, as they have assaulted the wife of petitioner because petitioner was constructing a house on his land and in this regard, a complaint has been field before the Director SC/ST Ayog on 04.06.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S.
