Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Submission is that petitioner was arrested in some other case and was remanded in the present case on 13.02.2018. Thereafter, he was never put on T.I. Parade, nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. The investigation of the case is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35707 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kanti Police Station Case No.529 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
