2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/direction(s) to quash the office order dated 25.02.2022 passed by the Principal of A.M. College, Gaya whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been removed and relieved from the post of Assistant of Vocational course and Additional Charge of Head Office of A.M. College, Gaya with immediate effect and reinstate the petitioner on the post of Assistant vocational course in the said College with all consequential benefits.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4692 of 2022(10) dt.27-01-2025 2/2 impugned order has been passed without giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thus, it was passed in violation of principles of natural justice.

4. Considering the submissions advanced and after perusing the record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the order dated 25.02.2022 passed by the Principal of A.M. College, Gaya is in teeth of the principles of natural justice and cannot be sustained and is, accordingly, set aside.

5. The Principal of A.M. College, Gaya is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his counsel within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
