The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons forcibly kidnapped the daughter of the informant on the point of arms. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2020 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The victim has been examined under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., which is Annexure 2 to the present application, where she has not supported the allegations made in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. case No.403 of 2019.
