JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2025 In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to allow and give proper protection in fishing rights to the petitioner, to whom Parwana has been issued for fishing in Chhitauli Talab for the period of 01.07.2024 to 30.06.2027 situated under Goriakothi Block in Khata No.201, Khesra No.885, Area 0.25 acre.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate authority for redressal of his
