By the impugned order, the learned court below has allowed the prayer of the plaintiff who has been examined as P.W. 4 in the eviction suit for his recall as a witness in order to get the counterfoil of the rent receipts filed in the suit to be marked in exhibits.

After considering the submissions and the perusal of the impugned order, this Court does not find that any illegality or irregularity has been committed by the learned court below in passing the impugned order warranting invoking the jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
