The Court will not exercise its discretion by ordering re-measurement of the height of the petitioner, when the petitioner himself had made an endorsement and signed at the physical evaluation test sheet, held on 15.04.2013, certifying his height to be 163.5 c.m., whereas the required height for his category of candidate was 165 c.m. No amount of jugglery is going to add 1.5 c.m. to his height.

In addition to that the process of next round of advertisement and selection has already been issued

Writ application stands dismissed, as there is no material or rule to order re-measurement of the petitioner's height.
