Case No. 74 of 2017 for an offence under sections 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case is triable by the Magistrate.
In para-3 of the application, it appears that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as per statement on affidavit in para-3 and the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly three months, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37346 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 SDJM, Gaya, in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017 on the condition that the petitioner will cooperate in the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the evidence or the witnesses and will attend in the proceedings without fail.
