The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 359 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, seeks the privilege of pre-arrest bail.

Allegedly, 715 litres of kerosene oil was recovered from house of the petitioner.

Considering the recovery in huge quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of pre-arrest bail to him and accordingly, such prayer stands rejected. However, in case and if so advised, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail and then his
