The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order date 17.10.2022. It is submitted by the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to refund emoluments received by her during tenure as Panchayat Teacher. Similarly situated co-accused Rinku Kumari has already been allowed pre-arrest bail by this Court vide order dated 29.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26782 of 2022. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the undertaking of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

No.16327 of 2023(2) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jamui in Sono Police Station Case No. 203 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail-bond of the petitioner as also with condition that the petitioner shall refund the amount in twenty four monthly installments, receipt of first refund shall be deposited at the time of furnishing bail-bond. Needless to state that the State officials shall provide details of the emoluments given to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Deposits made by the petitioner shall be subject to the final outcome of the case.
