JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other co-accused Md. Fakhruddin @ Md. Fakhrudhin has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.05.2018 in Criminal Misc. No. 25239 of 2018. He also submits that the case of the petitioner is similar to the case of Md. Fakhruddin and he has been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court on the ground of parity.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
