JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 23-02-2022 After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 24 of the Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent & Eviction) Control Act before the competent authority.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

In case, question of delay arises, the petitioners shall be at liberty to move an application for condonation thereof, which shall be considered sympathetically by the authority.
