19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner acted as mediator along with Md. Aslam in getting marriage of daughter of informant with one Noor Alam. Subsequently, informant, father of the victim came to know that it was a fake marriage and purpose thereof, was to procure presence of girl for selling at Uttar Pradesh. From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that at least it was incumbent upon the informant to have visited the place of the Noor Alam to trace ourt his proper identity as well as genuineness in the disclosure having made by the petitioner along with Md. Aslam. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 07.05.2017 having absence of criminal antecedent as per para-3.

Accordingly, petitioner Aisha Khatoon is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35554 of 2017 (3) dt.19-08-2017 satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No.42/2017.
