ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 10-04-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case having regard to the fact that the Appellate Authority is sitting and taking-up cases, the present Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an interlocutory application seeking stay in the pending appeal if he is so advised.
2. If any, such application is made, the authority shall consider and pass necessary orders for granting interim stay within a period of ten days from the date of filing of the said
