Mr. Diwakar Pandey, AC to GA 2 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 It is submitted by State Counsel that neither petitioner's husband nor father-in-law's name was appearing in the Mapping Register. Candidature of the petitioner therefore was in violation of Clause 4.3 of the Guidelines for selection which imposed a mandatory retirement of either husband or father-in-law of the applicant to be resident of the area, whose name figures in the Mapping Register. The petitioner, therefore, does not possess requisite qualification for selection as Anganwari Sevika.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12756 of 2014(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 Without going into merits of the said submission and since none appears for the petitioner the matter is dismissed for want of prosecution.
