This application has been filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for violation of the judgment and order dated 31.07.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18698 of 2017.

Upon examining the show-cause filed by the State, this Court is of the opinion that no case of contempt is made out against the opposite parties.
