The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner for getting employment in Anganwari Sevika has submitted fraudulent testimonial of her matriculation. On the verification made by the Bihar School Examination Board, it was found to be forged. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the stage of selection, her application has been rejected and she was not selected on account of forged document.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37306 of 2018 (2) dt.06-07-2018 2 /2 event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Smt. Shakuntala @ Shakuntala Kumari, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogari (Paura) P.S. Case No.140 of 2018, G.R. No. 1003 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is made clear that as and when the police party will call the petitioner for interrogation, she will present herself before the police and if the petitioner will not present herself at the time of interrogation, the prosecution will be at liberty to file an application for cancellation of bail.
