The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 112 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that no case for anticipatory bail is made out, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners.
