29-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 62258/2021. Vide order dated 06.04.2022, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. From perusal of the same, it appears that though, charge has been framed on 20.04.2022, but till date, not a single witness has been examined by the prosecution.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is a lady and has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 06.08.2021.

Considering the period of custody and inadequate progress of trial, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17422 of 2022(4) dt.29-06-2022 2/2 the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 381 of 2021.
