The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation upon the petitioner is that he assaulted with knife on the chest of the informant's nephew Vikash Kumar resultantly informant's nephew succumbed to the injury. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. According his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018 from the court of the learned Chief Judicial
