Petitioner is in custody in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018 for the offence under sections 30(a), 36, 38 and 418/2018 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 33 liters of liquor. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.3.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly three months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
