2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for appointment on compassionate grounds.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's father was working on the post of Amin w.e.f. 31.12.1986 who died during service on 20.09.2018. Thereafter, the petitioner filed an application for consideration of her case for compassionate appointment on 26.02.2019, but till date no decision has been taken by the authority. Thereafter, she has

4. Learned counsel for the State prayed for four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

5. The present writ petition is of 2020 and presently 2024 has come. Therefore, keeping the present petition pending for want of counter affidavit shall not solve the purpose.

6. As such, the present petition stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent No.4, namely the District Collector, Patna within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order for redressal of her grievances annexing all those documents which he has already submitted before the authority concerned whereupon the respondent No.4 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner within 90 days which will be counted from the date of completion of the general election of Lok Sabha 2024.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
