Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 504, 436, 427, 160, 295A and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the case petitioner has made accused as if petitioner was member of a procession of Ramnavmi and he indulged in brick-bating. It was submitted by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been made accused only due to the reason that he was local residents and falsely petitioner was made accused and arrested.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34639 of 2018 (2) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad (Town) Police Station Case No. 94 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
