The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on 08.11.2022 at about 8:30 PM, while the informant was sleeping in her house, this petitioner entered in the house and tried to disrob her, but anyhow informant got her freed from the clutch of petitioner. It is further alleged that on 09.11.2022 at about 1:00 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner came there and co-accused Puja Devi caught her hair, co-accused Abdhesh Sah gave Garashi blow on the head of informant on account of which blood started oozing out from her head and thereafter, this petitioner assaulted her with farsa, due to which, she fell down. In the meantime, co-accused Sunil snatched mangalsutra from the neck of informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15877 of 2023(4) dt.03-07-2023 2/2 Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. Both parties are neighbour and there is land dispute between them. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhwalia P.S. Case No. 840 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
