Mr.Satyavrat Verma ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-04-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kargahar PS case no. 341 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act. The allegation is regarding scuffle having taken place amongst the cousin brothers whereafter the police is said to have raided the house of the petitioners and one countrymade pistol and nine cartridges were recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are accused in three other cases but they are on bail in the said three cases and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17145 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 are languishing in custody since more than six months i.e. from 06.09.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners on regular bail.

Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioners are directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kargahar PS case no. 341 of 2018.
